EyeCare Partners is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join as an Analyst on our growing Mergers and Acquisitions team. EyeCare Partners (“ECP”) is the nation’s leading vertically integrated provider of Optometry and Ophthalmology services and is backed by one of the world’s largest private equity funds (Partners Group; a $90B+ AUM private equity firm based in Europe and the US). Individuals should possess a strong analytical base coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Our fast-paced work environment rewards energetic, self-directed professionals who are eager to learn.
The Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the full lifecycle management of all acquisition transactions, including: pipeline management, market analytics, valuation and investment analysis of potential acquisitions, creation of investment memorandums and supporting documentation and all aspects of deal due diligence.
Additionally, this role will support preparation and post-close assistance of integration work streams. M&A represents a fundamental core competency of ECP’s growth strategy and the Company’s planned trajectory includes meaningful annual acquisition targets to achieve. The ECP M&A team provides an excellent “learn by doing” opportunity, closing anywhere from 20-40 transactions per year historically (in which the Analyst role plays a key part in both leading and executing).
