EyeCare Partners Announces Chadi Chahine to Become Chief Financial Officer; Joel Day Named to Board of Directors

ST. LOUIS–Sept. 17, 2025–EyeCare Partners, the nation’s leading provider of clinically integrated eye care, announced the appointment of Chadi Chahine as Chief Financial Officer. Chahine joined the organization in September, working alongside outgoing CFO Joel Day to ensure a seamless transition and continued support through the company’s ongoing SAP upgrade implementation.

As CFO, Chahine oversees strategic planning, implementation and management of all Finance activities, including accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management and procurement.

Joel Day, who has served as CFO since June 2024, has been named to the EyeCare Partners Board of Directors

Chahine is an operationally oriented finance leader with experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronic security and industrial engineering. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Paragon 28, Inc., a medical device company focused on foot and ankle solutions that became a wholly owned subsidiary of Zimmer Biomet in April 2025.

His previous roles include Group CFO – Global Business Group at Zimmer Biomet, Chief Operating Officer and CFO at Stanley Security, and CFO positions at CIRCOR International and Smith & Nephew. Chahine spent 14 years at Abbott in financial and business roles of increasing responsibility and global impact.

Chahine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and economics from Université de Montréal, and is a certified public accountant, certified management accountant and certified in financial management.

Day joined EyeCare Partners in 2024 as Executive Vice President – Finance and was appointed CFO in June of that year. Prior to joining the organization, he held executive finance roles at Kindred Healthcare, LLC, including CFO, Controller and Enterprise Operational CFO.
