At EyeCare Partners (ECP), Chadi Chahine is Chief Financial Officer. This role oversees strategic planning, implementation and management of all Finance activities, including accounting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management and procurement.

Chahine is an operationally oriented finance leader with experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronic security and industrial engineering. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Paragon 28, Inc., a medical device company focused on foot and ankle solutions that became a wholly owned subsidiary of Zimmer Biomet in April 2025.

His previous roles include Group CFO – Global Business Group at Zimmer Biomet, Chief Operating Officer and CFO at Stanley Security, and CFO positions at CIRCOR International and Smith & Nephew. Chahine spent 14 years at Abbott in financial and business roles of increasing responsibility and global impact.

Chahine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting from Université du Quebec à Montréal and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and economics from Université de Montréal, and is a certified public accountant, certified management accountant and certified in financial management.
