Bob Gold is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for EyeCare Partners (ECP). He is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all ECP finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and procurement.

Bob brings almost 20 years of CFO experience in the private equity sector including positions at AM General LLC., Atrenne Integrated Solutions, Culligan International, and United Plastics Group. His approach centers on driving value by building agile financial teams that seamlessly align with business goals, anchored in the principles of ownership, accountability, teamwork and collaboration. He spent 13 years at Danaher Corporation in finance and general management roles of increasing responsibility.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree as well as an undergraduate degree in business and administration, accounting and finance, from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Bob is a dedicated family man, and can be found at the shooting range, hitting the gym for stair climbing training or immersed in a good book.
