Jason Chaffin joined EyeCare Partners (ECP) as Chief Information Officer in February 2023. Jason leads the IT team in the creation and management of industry-leading technology programs focused on value creation. ECP’s technology ventures focus on elevating patient care standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation throughout the continuum of eye care.

Jason brings more than 20 years of significant experience in integrated health systems to ECP. These integrated health systems span many nationwide healthcare models: hospital-integrated delivery systems, dialysis, dental, and animal health. Jason’s lifelong commitment to serving healthcare needs has led to comprehensive IT transformations that enhance care delivery models within these communities.

Originally from Kentucky, Jason received his Master of Business Administration degree from Tennessee State University and his undergraduate degree in computer information systems from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Jason is board-certified in healthcare management as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He and his wife are avid runners and enjoy traveling as well as spending time with their dog.
