Scott Bothwell, OD Nationwide Vision in Mesa, AZ Southern College of Optometry
Dr. Bothwell was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Hawaii. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2022. Dr. Bothwell is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Bothwell has clinical experience from interning at The Eye Center in Memphis, Tennessee, Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida in Winter Haven, Florida, and Family Eyecare in Chandler, Arizona. During that time, he developed a special interest in working with the pediatric population. Outside of work, Dr. Bothwell enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, two daughters, and dog.
Julie Bricker, OD The EyeDoctors Optometrists in Salina, KansasIllinois College of Optometry
Dr. Bricker is originally from small town Iowa and graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 2021. She went on to complete a residency in Ocular Disease and Vision Rehabilitation at Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. She spends most of her free time reading and playing with her dog, Cher.
Matthew Cellar, ODClarkson Eyecare in Columbus, Ohio Pennsylvania College of Optometry
Born and raised in Columbus, Dr. Cellar has pursued optometry since his sister’s first childhood eye exam. When her new glasses enabled her to see the leaves on the trees again, Dr. Cellar knew what his future career would be. He earned a Bachelors of Science at MVNU, married his best friend, and later graduated from PCO with the most in-depth neuro-optometry education available. In school, he served as class vice president and was selected for the specialized contact lens rotation. He loves fitting specialty hard and soft contact lenses while providing comprehensive care and managing a wide range of ocular diseases. He loves watching Columbus’ soccer club “The Columbus Crew”, woodworking, and exploring the Columbus Ale Trail. Dr. Cellar would be honored to be your optometrist!
Mary Curtis, ODClarkson Eyecare in Columbus, OhioThe Ohio State University
Dr. Curtis graduated this past year from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Following in her father’s as well as her late grandfather’s footsteps, she’s excited to continue the optometric family legacy. Dr. Curtis was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and is a buckeye through and through. She has a passion for serving others and helping them gain the best vision possible! She has done mission work to provide eye exams to those in need, including local residents of Ohio as well as in Jamaica. Dr. Curtis loves to travel and is also a big Disney fan! She looks forward to making connections with her future patients.
Ashley DiMercurio, ODClarkson Eyecare in Imperial, MissouriKentucky College of Optometry
Dr. DiMercurio was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Mizzou with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences. Her interest in becoming an Optometrist happened after graduating from Mizzou. Dr. DiMercurio then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Kentucky College of Optometry, located in a rural town in western Kentucky. She loves helping patients and especially has an interest in dry eye management. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and walking her dog Coal.
Emily Felouzis, ODClarkson Eyecare in Conyers, GeorgiaSouthern California College of Optometry
Dr. Felouzis graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in neurobiology and received her doctorate from the Southern California College of Optometry. She completed her clinical training at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and New Eyes Las Vegas and specializes in primary care and ocular disease management. Dr. Felouzis enjoys gardening, outdoor sports, and eating good food. Her goal is to serve her community to the best of her ability and develop lifelong doctor patient relationships.
Jeredine Kallon, ODClarkson Eyecare in Fredericksburg, VirginiaPennsylvania College of Optometry
Dr. Kallon grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. She later earned her doctoral degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. During optometry school, she completed an advanced studies course in contact lenses. Dr. Kallon enjoys educating patients about their ocular health and the importance of preventive care. In her free time, she enjoys music, traveling, and trying new foods.
Shauna Kehoe, ODClarkson Eyecare in Sea Grit, New JerseyState University of New York College of Optometry
Dr. Kehoe received her O.D. degree from State University of New York College of Optometry in 2021. During her training she completed rotations specializing in ocular disease, pediatrics, and primary care. Originally from Staten Island, NY, she now lives at the Jersey shore. She enjoys reading, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants.
Rebecca Klee, ODThe EyeDoctors Optometrists in Olathe, KSUniversity of Missouri-St. Louis
Dr. Klee was raised in Olathe, Kansas where she was involved in the community and extracurricular school activities. She went on to attend and graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Once graduated, she chose to continue her education and attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry in 2022. Dr. Klee practices comprehensive eye care and takes a special interest in contact lens fittings, dry eye treatment, myopia management, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, management of cataracts and post op care. In her free time Dr. Klee likes to spend time with her family and her fur-babies.
Samantha Lee, ODClarkson Eyecare in Duluth, GeorgiaSouthern College of Optometry
Dr. Lee graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Health, and Society. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry and graduated as Salutatorian. During optometry school, Dr. Lee was a part of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and Gold Key Honor Society. Afterward, she completed an additional year of residency training in ocular disease, glaucoma, and surgical co-management at Minnesota Eye Consultants in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Lee has traveled to Costa Rica and Jamaica for optometric medical missions with the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and family, and is actively involved in her church.
Rhea Magee, ODClarkson Eyecare in Frisco, TexasState University of New York College of Optometry
Dr. Magee grew up in Lima, OH. After completing her undergrad in three years, she received her Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 2021. Following optometry school, she completed a pediatric optometry residency at The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry as the first Black Pediatric Optometry Resident. Dr. Magee is a member of the American Optometric Association and National Optometric Association. She loves working with children and aims to treat every patient as if they were her family member. She is elated to be in Texas, closer to family, especially her twin sister. Dr. Magee enjoys singing, trying new foods, attending musicals, and spending time with family and friends.
Henna Patel, ODClarkson Eyecare in Middletown, New JerseyMassachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
Dr. Patel received her Doctorate of Optometry in May of 2022 from MCPHS University in Worcester Massachusetts. Born and raised in New Jersey, she completed her undergraduate education at Rutgers University – Newark with a BA in Economics and Public Administration. During her externship year of optometry school she resided in New Jersey, Florida, and Massachusetts where she gained experience in Ocular Disease, Contact Lens, Glaucoma, Binocular Vision, Low Vision, Pediatric and Primary Care Optometry. Upon completion of optometry school, she received The William Feinbloom Award for excellence in Low Vision. In her free time, Dr. Patel enjoys painting, cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family & friends.
Kaylin Pierce, ODClarkson Eyecare in Lutz, FloridaUniversity of Alabama
Dr. Pierce is originally from Chattanooga, TN. After graduating with honors from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she pursued her Doctorate of Optometry from UAB in Birmingham, AL. During her time at UAB, she served as the SGA President while staying active in many student organizations. Following graduation, Dr. Pierce completed a residency program in Ocular Disease and Low Vision from the Lake City, FL VA Medical Center. Dr. Pierce is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Brian.
Natalee Rackus, ODClarkson Eyecare in Northfield, OhioPennsylvania College of Optometry
Dr. Rackus graduated summa cum laude from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2021. She completed a residency in low vision rehabilitation and ocular disease at the William Feinbloom Low Vision Rehabilitation Center at Salus University in 2022. She grew up near Allentown, PA and attended Penn State where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. She has presented a poster at the American Academy of Optometry Meeting as well as multiple continuing education lectures for her peers. She enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her fiancé and 2 cats. She also enjoys staying active playing soccer, hiking and snowboarding.
Mohammed Salman, ODClarkson Eyecare in Arnold, MissouriUniversity of Missouri-St. Louis
Dr. Salman is a local St. Louis resident and has attended the University of Missouri – St. Louis both for his undergraduate study where he met his wife, and professional education where he graduated optometry school with distinction. He is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the American Optometric Association. He enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Ryan Sandberg, ODNationwide Vision in Mesa, ArizonaSouthern College of Optometry
Dr. Sandberg was raised in Gilbert, AZ and has had a passion for eyes and vision since his teenage years. He spent ten years in the eye care field in various technician positions before attending optometry school. Dr. Sandberg has a great love for patient care and ocular disease. He received a bachelor’s degree in health science from Brigham Young University Idaho and graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 2022. Dr. Sandberg enjoys spending time with his wife Kelli and two small children. He is a solo vocalist, singer /songwriter, and enjoys soccer and racquet sports.
Chereka Singh, ODClarkson Eyecare in Trinity, FloridaIllinois College of Optometry
Dr. Singh was born in New York and raised in Tampa. After graduating from Robinson High School, she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health from the University of South Florida, where she graduated cum laude. She earned her Doctorate in Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry, graduating with honors in all clinical externships, namely Braverman Eye Center in Hollywood, FL, Bay Pines VA Hospital in Bay Pines, FL, Eyecarecenter in Rocky Mount, NC, and the Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, IL. When away from the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Extensively trained in diagnosing, treating, and managing ocular disease, Dr. Singh is excited to serve Trinity and the surrounding areas.
Jacob Terry, ODClarkson Eyecare in Columbus, OhioThe Ohio State College of Optometry
Before becoming a Buckeye, Dr. Terry called Maryland and Pennsylvania his home. Playing baseball at Salisbury University inspired research for his Masters in Vision Science, where he analyzed visual perceptions in baseball batters. Dr. Terry graduated from The Ohio State College of Optometry in May 2022. His favorite memory from Optometry school was rendering eye care to people of Jamaica during a mission’s trip in the spring of 2020. Dr. Terry is actively involved in the AOA, OOA, NORA, COVD and his local Lion’s Club. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, exploring the outdoors and exercising his body/mind. He looks forward to helping each one of his patients achieve their maximal visual potential.
Devin Webber, ODClarkson Eyecare in Uniontown, OhioThe Ohio State College of Optometry
Dr. Webber was raised and graduated high school in Green, Ohio and had his own first eye exam at the same location where he is now seeing patients. He attended the University of Akron majoring in biochemistry and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry magna cum laude in 2021. After graduation he completed an ocular disease residency at the Cleveland VA Medical Center where he focused on treatment and management of conditions including diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, ocular emergencies, red eyes, specialty contact lens fits and comprehensive eyecare. When not seeing patients he loves exploring Lake Erie and hiking through Cuyahoga Valley National Park, playing golf and rooting for Cleveland sports teams.
