At EyeCare Partners (ECP), Andrew Hardesty holds dual roles as Chief Program Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.

Andrew oversees and leads development, implementation and management of organizational transformation and effectiveness programs, acquisition integration and the Project Management Office, which ensures the successful execution of the strategic plans and subsequent value creation within EyeCare Partners.

He also oversees key support service functions, including Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, the Patient Engagement Center and Physician Relations Organization.

Prior to his current roles, Andrew was ECP’s Senior Vice President of Transformation and Integration, helping drive continued growth by leading integration and transformation across critical functions such as New Partner Integration, Patient Contact Centers, Real Estate, Payor Enrollment, Systems Training, Facilities and BioMed, and the Corporate Project Management Office.

Before joining ECP, Andrew moved through progressively more challenging operational roles at Express Scripts (now part of Cigna Healthcare) where he was the Vice President of Home Delivery Operations, leading shared services. Before that, he worked at Maritz Inc., primarily working on the General Motors account, but also across software engineering, marketing, corporate development and operations.

Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration degree in management from The John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Southeast Missouri State University.

Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf and fishing.
