At EyeCare Partners (ECP), Andrew Hardesty is Vice President of Integration and Transformation Operations, helping drive continued growth by leading integration and transformation across critical functions that include New Partner Integration, Patient Contact Centers, Real Estate, Payor Enrollment, Systems Training, Facilities and BioMed, and the Corporate Project Management Office.

With 23 years of experience, he brings a passion for bringing teams together, developing value-creating strategies, and executing those strategies to improve business outcomes. Before joining ECP, Andrew moved through progressively more challenging operational roles at Express Scripts (now a part of Cigna Healthcare) where he was the Vice President of Home Delivery Operations, leading shared services. Before that, he worked at Maritz Inc., primarily working on the General Motors account, but also across software engineering, marketing, corporate development and operations.

Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration degree in management from The John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Southeast Missouri State University.

Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf and fishing.
