As Division President, Matt White oversees Ophthalmology operations across four regions with a collaborative dyad model that connects clinics and support services, ensuring alignment between operational needs and corporate functions. Through data-based decision-making and targeted growth initiatives, Matt develops strong teams and physician relationships that fulfill ECP’s promises to patients, while setting the standard for excellence in ophthalmology. 

Matt joined ECP in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer for Ophthalmology, bringing with him a record of experience in scaling physician-led organizations.  

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Retina Consultants of America, where he helped grow the organization to over 300 sites and 330 physicians nationwide. Before that, Matt served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Elevance Health, Humana and MedMark Services. 

Matt holds a Juris Doctorate degree in business and public interest from the Elon University School of Law, a certificate in transnational law from the Duke University School of Law, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from George Washington University.  

He and his family reside in Richmond, Va.
