EyeCare Partners Network Grows Florida Presence with Addition of Lakeland Eye Clinic and Central Florida SurgiCenter
State-of-the-art Central Florida ophthalmology practice joins the nation’s leading clinically integrated network of ophthalmologists and optometrists.
ST. LOUIS (Feb. 16, 2022) –EyeCare Partners (ECP), the nation’s leading clinically integrated network of ophthalmology and optometry providers, announced today that it entered into an agreement to partner with Lakeland Eye Clinic (LEC) and Central Florida SurgiCenter. LEC’s six ophthalmologists and two optometrists will join the ECP network of more than 300 ophthalmologists and over 700 optometrists across 18 states in providing the highest quality eye care spanning the full continuum of ophthalmology and optometry services.

LEC has eight industry-leading providers across most major medical and surgical subspecialties in ophthalmology and optometry in four clinical centers and an ambulatory surgical center. LEC’s state-of-the-art ophthalmologic center is one of the region’s few providers of Femtosecond® laser cataract surgery using premium interocular lenses (IOLs) and offers patients advanced treatments for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, corneal transplants and diseases, retinal disease, posterior capsular haze, and macular degeneration.
