EyeCare Partners is always on the lookout for employees who are passionate about eye health and exceptional patient care.

Help us grow our network of exceptional eye care professionals and get rewarded for it. New hires referred by current team members often have a greater level of engagement and stay with the team longer.

If we hire your referred candidate, you are eligible for a reward ranging from $600 to $20,000 based on the role type, level and status (full or part time) of the position. Part-time payouts are generally half the amount of full time positions. Please confirm total part-time payouts with the hiring recruiter.
